The most common bothersome effects reported after a waxing treatment include some minor rashing, bumps, ingrown hairs or sun sensitivity at the treated areas. All of these issues may be significantly lessened by proper after treatment care.
How often should I wax?
Depending on how quickly a client experiences hair regrowth, waxing treatments should be scheduled for when hair length is approximately a half centimeter, usually 2 – 3 weeks. This will ensures the best possible adhesion for the wax.
Does waxing reduce hair growth?
Yes, waxing reduces hair growth. If you wax every four to five weeks, then you should see a reduction in your unwanted hair.
